Who is responsible

Honest AI is the trading name of Thijs Bongertman, Rotterdam.

What data

This site only collects data you enter yourself:

Memo form: email address.
Working session form: name, company, and a short description of your question.

Beyond that: no tracking, no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels. The site loads no third-party scripts.

Why

Your email address from the memo form is used only to send you the memo. Your name and message from the working session form are used only to reply and schedule a call. Your data is not shared with third parties and not sold.

Retention

I keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it for, and no longer. Once a conversation or delivery is complete and no further correspondence is expected, your data is deleted.

Processors

At launch, your data is processed via:

Postmark for sending email.
Supabase for storage of submissions.

Data processing agreements compliant with GDPR will be in place with both parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Send an email to thijs@honest-ai.nl and I will respond within two working days.
